| EST Centurion Purge and Trap Sampler (Waters mode) |
|
|
|
The centurion represents the latest technology in Purge and Trap autosamplers. The system can hold up to 100 “VOA” vials and is controlled by a windows CE operating system. The sampler will interface with most purge and trap concentrators and has dual GC mode options along with the ability to add up to three programmable internal standards.

| EST Markelov HS9000 Static and Dynamic Headspace Autosampler) |
|
|
|
EST is proud to introduce the Markelov HS9000 static and dynamic headspace autosampler, the most technically advanced headspace system available to date. The HS9000 is designed to be the fastest, most sensitive, versatile and easy to use system available. The sample capacity is 90 positions with 12 equilibrium heating positions and several different modes of sample introduction are possible

| EST 8100 Purge and Trap Sampler (Soils and Waters modes) |
|
 |
The
EST 8100, designed and manufactured by EST, is based on the
most reliable and proven platform in the world. Now with 81
sample positions, for the highest throughput and productivity
in the industry. From water, wastewater to humic and clay soils,
the 8100 is able to run an array of sample matrices. Hot water
rinses, variable dilutions, soil processing (with heater and
stir bar) and programmable flushes allow the 8100 to run up
to 81 samples unattended. This increase in capacity allows for
more productive runs, especially when interfaced with the PT2
(squared) which can double sample throughput. |
| Encon Purge and Trap Concentrator |
|
 |
Based
on conventional purge and trap technology, the Encon has many
features that customers are used to. Front mounted keypad interface
that uses the same nomenclature they have been using for years,
Silcosteel pathways, top mounted valve oven for easy access,
EPA specified traps etc. However, unlike other systems on the
market, the Encon has a number of unique user benefits including: |
- Removable
Sample Valve Pathway - With the removal of five quick turn
fasteners and two electrical connections, the entire sample
pathway can be easily removed. If the system requires service
for any reason we can supply a loaner RSVP module to ensure
that your operation is not interupted.
- GC
Injection Port - Inject a sample into your GC through the
purge and trap system
- On-Trap
Injection Port - Inject directly onto the built-in trap
for easy troubleshooting
- Optional
Foam Sensor - Detect foam in the sparger vessel to prevent
contamination of the sample pathway
- Precise
Temperature Control - All zones, including the optional
heated sparger, are RTD monitored within 1 degree c
- EPA
Method 8260 - the Encon excels at method 8260 and its variations

| PT2 (squared) for soils mode operation |
|
 |
"Increased
profitability"
This
is perhaps one of the most important and simplest innovations
in the world of Purge and Trap technologies, patented by EST.
The PT2 (squared) is a novel approach to interfacing multiple
Purge and Trap concentrators and autosamplers to one GC or
GC/MS system, enabling users to double the throughput of their
existing systems.
The PT2 directs the sample purge gas flow from the vial autosampler
to one of 2 concentrators. PT2 will also direct the sample
desorption flow from the concentrators to the gas chromatograph.
This allows the end user to automatically switch back and
forth between 2 concentrators to process the samples. This
results in a significant reduction in the analytical cycle
time from sample to sample, in preparation for introduction
to the analytical column inside the gas chromatograph.
The
PT2 is compatible with all Purge and Trap concentrators and
GC, GC/MS systems and is particularly effective when interfaced
with one EST 8100 autosampler running in soils mode. |
