Pro-Tech Group was established in 1993 after recognising the potential
market in Australia
for high end, flow injection analysis equipment. A philosophy was born
that put product knowledge and customer support high on the agenda and,
with an ever growing portfolio of premium products, Pro-Tech has rapidly
gained a reputation in customer service and overall expertise in the
analytical industry.
Over the years, the
Pro-Tech product line has been strengthened by the introduction of
Elementar, IKA Werkes, Scinco, EST Analytical and PS Analytical products.
This has placed the company in the position of offering total instrument
solutions to laboratories, in particular the environmental quality
control sector.

consistent countrywide (and in New Zealand), we have a
network of service partners with whom we work closely. Office hour
telephone support is offered free of charge to all customers for the
lifetime of the products and usually resolves 98% of issues without the
need to send service personnel or spares/loaner items.For us,
exceptional customer service is our goal.

Ian joined Pro-Tech in 1996 having had a wealth of industry experience
in the diagnostic markets. Ian is primarily responsible for Queensland, Northern NSW and South Australia.

Andrew Pullen - Office Manager
Having been with the company from the very beginning, Andrew is
primarily responsible for daily operations. Prior to joining Pro-Tech,
Andrew had over 20 years experience in high-level office and personnel
management within the finance industry.

Ashley Liang, Bachelor of Science – Technical
Support Chemist
With
more than 12 years laboratory experience as an Analytical Chemist in
the NATA accredited laboratory at the Water Studies Centre, Monash
University, Ashley has extensive experience in the analysis of water,
sediment and biological samples for nutrients, major cations and trace
metals. In 2003, Ashley joined the Pro-Tech Group Technical Support
team.
